well we have just arrived home after 4 months of "outback travel" covering all States.
Your OZ HITCH has performed above and beyond ALL expectations! It was not your average grey nomad trip that we find the majority of "off road" vans/ campers doing, mainly bitumen.
We have covered over 10,000 km's on minor & major dirt tracks. It included many sections of serious four wheel driving in first low with both diff locks engaged.
Our OZ HITCH is as good as the day we left, with NO noticeable wear, even after being put to extreme angles and conditions!
The trailer in tow weighed between 1745kg's and 2250kg's as we can carry up to 390liter's of water and 3x 9kg gas bottles. It is a serious custom camper fitted with 3000 kg Sugar Glide suspension. At times the angles of difference between vehicle and trailer were truly unbelievable..
What a hitch! If ever you need for me to speak to an interested person i would be only too glad to give a truly honest view.
I will never use any other hitch except an OZ HITCH on any future trailers.
My reason for making it easy on my best mate (my wife) is that I am a complete r/h leg amputee. NOTHING stops us!!

All orders placed with us are subject to our acceptance. We reserve the right to decline (i.e. not accept) any order up to the point of the point of delivery of the order to you and an invoice for the order being issued to you. We will not dispatch an order until we have received payment in full for the total value of the order. Automatic confirmation of successful order placement and/or receipt and/or processing a payment for the order does not constitute acceptance of the order by us. The availability information displayed on our website is updated regularly. If an item is showing as out of stock please contact us for availability. From time to time an item may be showing as available, when out of stock. If this is the case we will contact you immediately with an ETA of the out of stock product.
An Australian Post tracking number is available for all products and this number can be checked on the Australia Post website.
If you decide you want to cancel an order after you have already checked out then use the Contact Us facility or telephone number on the website to contact us immediately. This will ensure that the order can be stopped before despatch. If you decide to cancel after an order has been despatched then you will be liable for postage costs, plus return postage, plus any credit card or paypal fees associated with the transaction.
We must receive cleared payment in full for the total value of the order before we will accept and start processing your order. The following methods of payment are accepted:
OZHITCH takes no responsibility for any delays associated with processing your payment by third-party financial institutions.
OZHITCH will appear on your credit card statement for orders placed with us.
OZHITCH uses 3rd party secure credit card facilities operated by COMMBANK and PAYPAL. No credit card information is stored on the OZHITCH site.
Shipping charges apply to all orders placed. Our shipping cost is calculated on the weight, volume and delivery post code for every order. To avoid delays and possible second delivery charges, we strongly recommend that you provide an attended business address (such as a work address), where someone you trust will be available to receive and sign for the order during normal business hours. Postage is calculated ex-Adelaide. If the postage costs appear excessive for your location please contact as we may be able to find a lower cost alternative.
We generally use Australia Post for PO BOX and residential address deliveries. A courier service may be used for deliveries to business addresses.
Normal delivery times for items in stock are 5-7 working days from payment clearance. These timelines are guidelines only. OZHITCH does not take any responsibility for any delays in shipping.
Delivery - The customer is responsible for ensuring that either they or their authorised representative inspect the goods on delivery. If parts are missing or damaged, photograph the item and email the pictures to us with the details using the Contact Us facility.
If we incur extra delivery charges as a result of your action or inaction, these may be passed on to you at our discretion. An example of such charges are second delivery charges by couriers as a result of you or someone who can receive the goods not being in attendance at your nominated delivery address when you have specified that the address is attended during normal business hours.
No part of the Refunds and Returns Policy is intended to limit any rights or remedies customers may have under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL) or equivalent State and Territory legislation.
Please research the products carefully before placing an order. Any refunds provided will be less postage and credit card/pay pal fees and you will also be liable for returning the goods to us at your own cost and we will not be be liable for goods lost or damaged during return.
BEFORE returning any faulty goods to us you must initiate a return / warranty claim with us. You must provide as much information as possible about the fault / problem to enable us to determine the nature of the fault and the best course of action to remedy the fault. If a returned item is found to have no faults or intentional damage to the item you will be liable for all costs associated with the product return.
