Over the years we have had two other brands of off. Road hitches. It is a miracle my wife and I still have all our fingers.. We decided to fit an oz hitch to our current camper because it looked so easy to use. They are so good they will self align if you don’t get it quite right. To reinforce my faith in this product when I contacted the company to discuss a minor issue ( and didn’t buy the hitch off the current owners of the company) I was amazed at their high level of focus on after sales service. Hi Norm, Just back from our trip to the W.A. and the Kimberly’s. OzHitch went really well so thought I would let you know. My wife found it novel that she could even use it with ease and by the end of the holiday it became a competition between the wife and young son as to who could unhook the quickest. Congrats on an awesome invention…. Why did you take so long to invent it?

To Norm, I have one of your galvanized hitches on my Jayco camper van and have now done around 22 thousand km on our around Aussie trip. It’s been a breeze using it. I had a bloke in Kununnura who was leaving for the Gibb River the next day and wanted one immediately offer me $500 and his old hitch for me to swap with him he was so impressed. Anyway I gave him your info I’m sure you will hear from him. Do I get commission? 🙂

well we have just arrived home after 4 months of “outback travel” covering all States.
Your OZ HITCH has performed above and beyond ALL expectations! It was not your average grey nomad trip that we find the majority of “off road” vans/ campers doing, mainly bitumen.
We have covered over 10,000 km’s on minor & major dirt tracks. It included many sections of serious four wheel driving in first low with both diff locks engaged.
Our OZ HITCH is as good as the day we left, with NO noticeable wear, even after being put to extreme angles and conditions!
The trailer in tow weighed between 1745kg’s and 2250kg’s as we can carry up to 390liter’s of water and 3x 9kg gas bottles. It is a serious custom camper fitted with 3000 kg Sugar Glide suspension. At times the angles of difference between vehicle and trailer were truly unbelievable..
What a hitch! If ever you need for me to speak to an interested person i would be only too glad to give a truly honest view.
I will never use any other hitch except an OZ HITCH on any future trailers.
My reason for making it easy on my best mate (my wife) is that I am a complete r/h leg amputee. NOTHING stops us!!
